Figure Skating Summer Camp '25

Levels
Camp will be divided into 2 primary groups: Basic 2 through 6 and Freestyle/Aspire1 through Pre-preliminary. While all ages are welcome, the division of levels will be important for camp to run smoothly.
When
Camp dates:
- June 23rd - June 27th
- 7:30am to 12:00pm
Where
All classes, on and off the ice, will take place at Monument Ice Rinks, utilizing the ice, 365 Performance gym, as well as the outside turf.
Classes
Skaters will have stroking classes, focusing on their foundational skating skills, as well as jump and spin technique classes. Also included are off ice dance, jump and spin technique, and strength and conditioning classes. The strength and conditioning class will act as an introduction to off ice work out programing offered at Monument Ice Rinks.
What to wear
Skating appropriate athletic wear is required. This includes tights or leggings and a skating dress or athletic tank top or t-shirt. As classes move from the ice to outside it will be important to have layers, so a light jacket is advised. Also bring athletic sneakers appropriate for off ice training.
Extra Costs
There are no additional costs associated with the camp, however the rink has concessions and healthy vending options available.

Ice will utilize the 7:30 am session, 8:15 session, and 9:15 session. Classes will be worked into these sessions.
